Growing together.Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle and direct incoming calls to the correct individual or department in a courteous and friendly manner
- Responsible to assist with medical records functions and general clerical tasks
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance and an organized work area
You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
- 3+ months of experience in answering a telephone system
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Demonstrated PC and keyboarding skills
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service with a courteous, compassionate and friendly demeanor
- Proven excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills delivered with clear tone of voice
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate in related field
- 1+ years of experience in answering a multi-line telephone system
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated familiarity with PBX online reporting system
- Experience with EMR/Epic, Word, Excel and familiarity with medical terminology
- Bilingual-English/Spanish
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.74 to $31.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable
