Position Overview:
A healthcare facility in Syracuse, NY is seeking a skilled Travel RN – Ambulatory for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience in ambulatory care, urgent care, and pediatrics.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State RN license

• BLS certification (must be able to recertify)

• Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience (within past 2 years) in a hospital of similar size/level

• Experience in EPIC EMR preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Ambulatory or urgent care

• Pediatrics

Duties:

• Perform majority of patient care skills independently

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments appropriate for the acute care level

• Provide safe, high-quality care with minimal orientation and supervision
