NURSING MANAGER - Ambulatory Quality/Clinical Operations
Salary: $144,210 - $162,236 | Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

In this leadership role, you will drive quality and clinical excellence across a network of ambulatory sites. Working closely with senior clinical and administrative leaders, you will oversee performance improvement, infection control, and nursing operations while enhancing patient care and streamlining processes. You will also lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes, reduce risk, and ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.

As a leader and change agent, you will:

•          Help develop and implement strategies that enhance quality, efficiency, and patient care across the ambulatory network
•          Effectively lead, mentor, and support nursing and ancillary staff through training, coaching, evaluations, and professional development
•          Drive HEDIS, DSRIP, and PCMH initiatives to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance
•          Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, regulatory, quality, patient safety, and infection control standards
•          Partner with clinical, administrative, IT, and EMR teams to perform Core Measure abstraction, analyze performance data, and support reporting requirements, including Joint Commission reporting
•          Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement that empowers staff to deliver high-quality patient care

The qualified professional has:

•          Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a current New York State RN license
•          Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting
•          Knowledge of PCMH, DSRIP, Meaningful Use, and HEDIS programs
•          Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
•          Strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach
•          Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
