Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Surgery Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 1 year minimum License: GA or Compact license required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience in Outpatient Surgery - Ability to circulate in OR Description: Seeking an Operating Room Circulator Nurse for outpatient surgery. No weekend shifts required. Call is required from 5 PM to 7 PM, 1 to 2 days per week for late cases. Floating within facility and scope of practice may be necessary. Unit prefers candidates with experience in Orthopedic Sports Medicine, Oculoplastics, Rectal Pain, and Pain pumps. Familiarity with special equipment such as Mako Robot, Trudi Image Guidance, and Constellation Eye Microscope is preferred. The daily patient ratio is manageable, with an expected daily census of approximately 15 visits. Travelers are expected to work one major holiday if it falls within the assignment period. Compliance with onboarding requirements is essential for timely start. All compliance documents are due before the start date. Orientation hours are non-billable but are factored into overall onboarding. Candidates are encouraged to apply if they meet the specified criteria.
