Job Title: Floor Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Floor Nurse Duration: Permanent Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: Generally 8 AM - 5 PM Experience: RN clinic experience preferred License: RN Licensure Certifications: Basic Life Support Must-Have: Graduate nursing program. Follows most current standards for continuing education requirements as directed by Stat/Federal licensure requirements. Medical Terminology knowledge. Basic Nursing Principles and Procedures understanding. Keyboarding skills. Basic office skills. Description: Responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers. Gives direction to LPNs, CNAs, and Schedulers. Receives direction from Providers, Coordinators, and Clinical Managers/Supervisors. All offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment screening, which includes criminal background check, drug screening, health and immunizations screening.
