Registered Nurse (RN) – Employee Health | New York, NY\n

Location: New York, NY
Contract Duration: 09/07/2026 – 12/19/2026
Schedule: 5x7.5 Days (37.5 hours/week)
Shift: Monday–Friday (Predominantly 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; occasional weekends)

Job Responsibilities

\n

\n Provide comprehensive nursing care in an Employee Health/Ambulatory Care setting while ensuring safe, high-quality, evidence-based practice.\n Administer seasonal influenza and other employee vaccinations following established clinical protocols.\n Perform patient assessments, evaluate health needs, and develop individualized care plans.\n Educate employees on immunizations, disease prevention, wellness initiatives, and occupational health practices.\n Accurately document patient encounters, vaccinations, and clinical interventions using the EMR system (Epic preferred).\n Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate employee health services.\n Maintain compliance with infection prevention, workplace safety, and regulatory standards.\n Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high-volume employee health clinic.\n Prioritize workload effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.\n Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support safe, efficient clinical operations.\n \n

Requirements

\n Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) License.\n Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree accepted with relevant experience and/or active BSN enrollment.\n Current BLS Certification.\n Minimum 2 years of RN experience.\n Minimum 2 years of medical/ambulatory nursing experience.\n Vaccine administration experience required.\n EMR experience required; Epic experience highly preferred.\n Previous travel nursing experience preferred for travel assignments.\n Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.\n Ability to thrive in a fast-paced employee health environment.\n \n
